歐盟委員會表示，英國脫歐后，會給歐盟知識產(chǎn)權(quán)在英國的保護工作帶來極大的不確定性，歐盟希望英國保護歐盟現(xiàn)有的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。

 

    針對地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品，歐盟希望英國認(rèn)可現(xiàn)有的地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品，并通過立法的形式加以保護。
