食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  2019年5月7日，據(jù)歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，應(yīng)歐盟委員會(huì)要求，歐盟動(dòng)物飼料添加劑和產(chǎn)品（FEEDAP）研究小組就大腸桿菌KCCM 80135發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生的L-色氨酸（L-tryptophan）作為所有動(dòng)物品種的飼料和飲用水的營(yíng)養(yǎng)添加劑發(fā)表科學(xué)意見(jiàn)。

 

　　經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)估，小組認(rèn)為，這種添加劑對(duì)非反芻動(dòng)物目標(biāo)物種以及動(dòng)物產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)者是安全的。

　　Following a request from the European Commission, the Panel on Additives and Products or Substances used in Animal Feed （FEEDAP） was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on l‐tryptophan produced by fermentation using Escherichia coli KCCM 80135 when used as a nutritional additive in feed and water for drinking for all animal species. The production strain and its recombinant DNA were not detected in the additive. l‐Tryptophan produced by fermentation with E. coli KCCM 80135 does not raise any safety concern with regard to the genetic modification of the production strain. The use of l‐tryptophan produced using E. coli KCCM 80135 in supplementing feed to compensate for tryptophan deficiency in feedingstuffs is safe for non‐ruminant target species. Using unprotected forms of tryptophan in ruminants can be a risk. The use of l‐tryptophan produced by fermentation using E. coli KCCM 80135 in animal nutrition presents no safety concerns to consumers of animal products. l‐Tryptophan produced by E. coli KCCM 80135 is not toxic by inhalation.
