本次規(guī)定明確指出：執(zhí)法人員無(wú)需對(duì)所標(biāo)示的轉(zhuǎn)基因使用情況進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。盡管如此，F(xiàn)SIS要求相關(guān)企業(yè)在自愿標(biāo)示轉(zhuǎn)基因原料使用情況時(shí)，遵循第3方機(jī)構(gòu)規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序。

This notice informs inspection program personnel （IPP） that meat and poultry products establishments or egg product plants may make claims on the label, or in the labeling of a meat, poultry, or egg product concerning the fact that bioengineered ingredients or genetically modified （GM） ingredients were not used in that particular product. IPP do not have any new verification activities related to this change.
