食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，7月22日歐盟發(fā)布（EU）2016/1196委員會(huì)實(shí)施決議，修訂2007/275/EC決議當(dāng)中有關(guān)海關(guān)檢查清單內(nèi)容。
歐委會(huì)2007/275/EC決議列出了按照91/496/EEC與97/78/EC指令進(jìn)行邊境檢疫的附件I當(dāng)中的動(dòng)物與產(chǎn)品清單。2007/275/EC決議為清單當(dāng)中的動(dòng)物分別匹配了ＣＮ代碼（Combined Nomenclature）。歐盟成員國(guó)在實(shí)施檢疫時(shí)，利用這個(gè)清單首先篩選出受檢貨品。
本次決議自2017年1月1日起實(shí)施。

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,Having regard to Council Directive 91/496/EEC of 15 July 1991 laying down the principles governing the organisation of veterinary checks on animals entering the Community from third countries and amending Directives 89/662/EEC, 90/425/EEC and 90/675/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 4（5） thereof,
Having regard to Council Directive 97/78/EC of 18 December 1997 laying down the principles governing the organisation of veterinary checks on products entering the Community from third countries （2）， and in particular Article 3（5） thereof,

Commission Decision 2007/275/EC （3） provides that the animals and products listed in Annex I thereto are to be subjected to veterinary checks at border inspection posts in accordance with Directives 91/496/EEC and 97/78/EC （‘the veterinary checks’）。 Decision 2007/275/EC also provides for a derogation from such veterinary checks for certain composite products and for the foodstuffs listed in Annex II thereto.
