食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)美國(guó)媒體報(bào)道,從薯片、葵花籽到牛肉干,現(xiàn)在美國(guó)市場(chǎng)上大量的食品都含有咖啡因。美國(guó)食品與藥品管理局(FDA)對(duì)此表示,將對(duì)含咖啡因食品的安全性進(jìn)行調(diào)查。
美國(guó)FDA食品處副處長(zhǎng)泰勒(Michael Taylor)表示,當(dāng)前添加咖啡因食品大量出現(xiàn),咖啡因可能會(huì)對(duì)孩童的健康產(chǎn)生影響,若有必要FDA將會(huì)采取行動(dòng)。
據(jù)報(bào)道,市場(chǎng)研究公司Euromonitor International資料顯示,去年美國(guó)零售市場(chǎng)上含咖啡因的提神食品(Energy-boosting foods)的銷量超過(guò)16億元,在過(guò)去的5年中增長(zhǎng)了近50%。
